Overview
This 2L Planetary Ball Mill is an essential device for mixing, fine grinding, small sample preparation, and dispersion of nanomaterials. Compact in size yet fully functional, it offers high efficiency with low noise operation. Ideal for research institutions, universities, and enterprise laboratories, it can process four samples simultaneously. When equipped with a vacuum ball mill jar, it can grind samples under vacuum conditions. Widely used in geology, mineral resources, metallurgy, electronics, building materials, ceramics, chemical engineering, light industry, medicine, and environmental protection sectors.
Working Principle
The XQM series ball mills feature two to four ball grinding jars on the same turntable. During operation, the jars perform planetary motion - revolving around the turntable's axis while rotating around their own axes. This creates high-speed collisions between grinding balls, effectively grinding and mixing samples. Capable of both dry and wet methods, it can process materials down to 0.1 microns (1.0×10⁻⁴mm) in particle size.
