Our spray drying process operates as follows:
The feed slurry is atomized into fine droplets using inert gas or compressed air.
These droplets undergo rapid drying in a controlled chamber environment.
Larger particles collect at the chamber base, while finer powder is efficiently captured by a cyclone separator.
The outcome is a free-flowing, spherical powder ideally suited for applications such as additive manufacturing, thermal spraying, and metal injection molding.
We typically produce powders within the 15–105 µm range, meeting the stringent requirements of the thermal spraying, additive manufacturing, and powder metallurgy industries.
